We build StealthPilot to help you validate markets quickly—not to sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, role, company, plan.
- Product input & artifacts: ICP definitions, messaging, page content you create, experiment configs, analytics you choose to send us.
- Usage & device data: app interactions, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location (from IP), device/browser info, crash logs.
- Cookies & similar tech: to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure performance.
- Support communications: emails and form submissions.
How we use data
- Provide and secure the service.
- Generate and improve AI outputs you request.
- Measure performance of tests/variants (when you enable tracking).
- Troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and improve features.
- Send service notices and product updates (you can opt out of non-essential emails).
Legal bases (if you're in the EEA/UK)
- Contract (to deliver the service).
- Legitimate interests (security, product improvement).
- Consent (cookies/marketing where required).
- Legal obligation (when we must retain certain records).
Sharing
- Service providers (cloud hosting, email, analytics, payment, error monitoring) under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- Legal/ safety requests when required by law.
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, restructuring) with continued protection.
AI & your content
We use third-party and/or hosted AI models to generate copy and variants only when you ask us to.
Your inputs are sent to the model provider for processing; we prevent them from training on your data where the provider allows.
You can delete generated artifacts at any time from your workspace.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your data helps you validate markets, not fill our bank account.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active. You can delete projects or request full deletion; backups roll off on a standard schedule.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, and routine reviews. No system is perfect—report issues to [email protected] (subject: “Security”).
International transfers
We may process data in other countries. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs).
Your rights
Depending on your region, you can access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Request these by emailing [email protected] with subject “Privacy”.
Cookies
Manage cookies in your browser or via our in-app settings (where available).
Children
StealthPilot isn't for kids under 16. Please don't sign them up.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or via email and update the date above.
